The Kentucky Long Rifle is an early example of barrel rifling. Unlike most rifles of it's time (which were smooth bore) this rifle had a much longer range and accuracy. That is why it was one of the favorite weapons among American Revolutionist sharp shooters. This rifle was the percision sniper rifle of its day.
This non-firing Replica is an exact 1:1 scale replica of that famous rifle. The wooden stock and metal barrel set this replica apart from others.
